Regional Cannabis Recruiting Manager [FT]

Our highly experienced staffing TEAM manages the entire process of sourcing, recruiting, qualification, initial interviews and background checks to then present the industry's most qualified talent to your organization.

  CALYX Staffing, Inc., a direct placement firm, is looking for full-time Regional Recruiting Manager(s) to help further the growth of the company.    This talented individual will develop new business, recruit, manage office tasks, research new cannabis-related companies, manage recruiting team and  assist the company with growth. In addition is responsible for lead management and other administrative tasks.  

REQUIRED - Full desk recruiting experience and ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities:   - Sourcing / Recruiting / Qualify  - New business development - Account management - Processing new candidate leads - Social media and recruiting strategies - Pushing to the end - Other assigned duties  

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree minimum 2. 2+ years of business development for a service 3. 5+ years of full desk staffing experience 4. Keen understanding of databases/CRM and social media [Linkedin] 5. Excellent phone and communication skills 6. Customer service skills 7. Highly driven 8. A true "go getter" / driven 9. Extensive knowledge of recruiting tools 10. Engaging personality  

Compensation:    DRAW =  $35,000 - $40,000 depending on experience Commission = 25% of placement fee, once employee pays off draw, (Est: $100k - $125k+ with 20 placements annually).   Benefits / PTO =  10 days
