GET TO KNOW JUSHI
We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.S.-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical-grade cannabis formulations in the United States offering patients and customers premium, high-grade cannabis and related products.
The Talent Analyst will be responsible for analysis to support Jushi?s focus on driving talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement The Talent Analyst will work with the HR leadership team and business leaders to develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining qualified employees for open positions. The Talent Analyst will assist in the determination of the talents needed for specific employment opportunities and help determine the most effective ways to reach professionals with the skills needed to fill roles more efficiently.
+ Gathering information and assessing it.
+ Creating relevant materials that can be used to effectively identify the best candidates for jobs.
+ Determining how effective the company is at integrating and retaining qualified employees.
+ Providing recommendations for improving hiring processes, increasing employee retention rates, and identifying employees who should be considered for advancement.
+ Responsible for analyzing and evaluating operational performance metrics and resources.
+ Maps metrics against the Company's operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus.
+ Creates and maintains multiple operational reporting tools.
+ Provides analytical support of actual results of programs and HR practices.
+ May also conduct research on talent marketplace, leadership benchmarking, talent strategies and diversity initiatives.
+ Identify trends and gaps, and proactively makes recommendations.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
+ Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Design or Human Resource Management
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience
+ Familiarity with HR Data a plus
+ Highly analytical
+ Sense of urgency about getting results
+ Demonstrated ability to translate data in to a comprehensive, compelling story
+ Strong written communication skills with the ability to tell a story visually through executive presentations
+ Attention to detail, high level of organizational skills
