Cannabis Associate Project Manager

Our client, a Vertically Integrated Cannabis Investment Group, is looking for a Project Management Associate Leader to be based of Northern California and to be responsible for strategic planning of the company’s multiple projects.

The Project Manager Associate will support the Executive Committee in researching, learning, analyzing, and offering recommendations for broad department and sub-departmental functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and will not only be consultative, but also hands-on in their approach.

Requirements:

• A diverse educational background with minimum education of a BA with honors
• 5 years of experience in operations management, corporate governance, finance, technology & marketing.
• High level of structural thinking, numerical abilities.
• Continuous education backed by achievements.
• Good understanding and experience with data mapping, visualization, market research and presentations.
• Profound understanding of latest retail, logistics, warehousing technologies and practices (e.g. dynamic distribution, smart retail)
• Experience in hands-on implementation
• High personal self=esteem and motivation
• Experience with top global consulting firms in PM or consultant roles preferred

Location: Santa Rosa

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000

Reporting first line CEO & second line COO
