We are currently looking for a Manager Consumer & Marketplace Insights to join us in Richmond, VA or we are open to remote work arrangements. What you will be doing: • Develop, recommend and lead consumer research to drive deep consumer understanding and empathy across the enterprise • Lead and develop consumer research studies while working on multiple projects and priorities in a rapidly evolving environment • Study human behavior and translate findings into compelling insights that will enable us to meet and exceed adult consumer expectations • Integrate consumer and marketplace data and analysis from multiple sources to provide significant business recommendations • Establish relationships with cross-functional teams and serve as a critical thinking partner. Collaborate across different internal and external departments to influence business decisions. We want you to have: Consumer Insights Experience: • Advanced degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, analytics, psychology or sociology • 6+years of relevant professional experience (CPG industry or innovation experience a plus) • Experience leading consumer research and analysis (Experience with marketplace analytics a plus) • You are a Results’ driven teammate with a sound understanding and broad experience in analytical methods • Integrate multiple qualitative and quantitative data sources to provide key learning and measurable insights • Apply market research principles, business processes, and technologies to tackle problems • Experience on supplier side or management of suppliers a plus • High level of proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint Leadership Skills: • Curiosity and critical thinking skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment • Consultative skills, and the courage and confidence to share your point of view In addition to the opportunity to apply and develop your skills toward key business objectives, we offer an excellent compensation package including a competitive base salary, comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance, participation in our deferred profit sharing and incentive compensation programs as well as a relocation assistance and educational assistance packages.
