We’re looking for an experienced specialist who will be responsible for resolving and managing invoices in our Accounts Payable system. Job Duties: • You’ll manage invoices for payment in our SAP systems. • You will validate that invoices posting directly into Payment Systems are correct. • You''ll resolve complex invoice issues with minimal guidance. • You will balance daily work in SAP and other A/P systems. • You'll investigate potential duplicate payments. • You will respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner, with strong customer service and follow through. • You'll assist business clients with the management of Accounts Payable processes and SAP inquiry functionality. • You will conduct systems user testing under the direction of a test leader. • You'll perform ad hoc reporting as requested by management. • You will identify areas of simplification opportunities within area of responsibility; coming forward with potential solutions (e.g. process changes or possible system modifications). • You'll maintain and updating job desk documentation. • You will provide cross-training and back-up. Qualifications Include: • You have a high school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years accounts payable experience. • You have an advanced working knowledge of SAP 4.7, 6.0 accounts payable systems with an understanding of the various document types and their impact within the system. • You can work independently and make recommendations to address systems issues. • You're proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). • You have excellent oral and written communications skills. • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to support problem solving with business and systems handling. • You have outstanding interpersonal skills and you're comfortable interacting with multiple levels of Finance management. • You can handle multiple projects and complex tasks simultaneously. • You're able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. • You're willing to work overtime, some holidays and weekends, as required.
