Reports to: Sales Lead, Inventory Lead and Management
The inventory specialist position interacts with customers and suppliers to fulfill inventory demand. Inventory specialists monitor inventory flow & record retention, upload product data on desktop, rectify miscalculations, perform cycle counts and replenished low stock inventory. Inventory Specialists communicate with suppliers via phone and email. Additionally, inventory specialists adhere to California Cannabis compliance.
Essential Job Functions

+ Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database
+ Maintain compliance in accordance with the Bureau of Cannabis Control
+ Appropriately adjust POS by purging active and inactive products in accordance to actuality
+ Receive and issue finished goods into a computer database
+ Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel
+ Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired or is damaged
+ Accurately process incoming products onto POS
+ Efficiently label and tag incoming products
+ Prepare daily reports for cycle count and COGS
+ Prepare and participate in physical inventory cycle counts

Expected hours of work
+ This is a full-time or part-time position.
+ Weekends and holidays are expected to be worked.
+ Typical work days and hours are between Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 pm.
+ Frequent overnight shifts. Schedules are subject to change.
+ Ensure excellent experience for every guest by providing unmatched customer service, starting with: sincerely welcoming every guest in a timely fashion, maintaining outstanding standards in words, actions and all visual presentations beginning in the parking lot and continued all the way into our facility, followed by personal appearance.
