We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.S.-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical-grade cannabis formulations in the United States, offering patients and customers premium cannabis and related products.
Jushi is seeking a Social Media Manager whose primary focus will be to create and design content for Jushi?s social media platforms, as well as support the Marketing and Design teams by producing collateral. Ultimately this role will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic. Please share your portfolio along with your application.
+ Organize and execute marketing campaigns over social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
+ Develop and role out new and exciting media strategies and campaigns.
+ Promote products and establish brand identify through social media content creation in a way that is consistent with Jushi?s brand and social media strategy.
+ Execute and oversee the design of video, audio, graphics, and photos.
+ Design promotional ads
+ Develop strategies for social media mediums like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat and more.
+ Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
+ Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure branding consistency.
+ Research industry-related topics.
+ Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products.
+ Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
+ Manage company image via social platforms in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals
+ Administrate the creation and publishing of original, relevant and high-quality content
+ Create post schedules
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
+ Work with Creative Team to ensure content is informative and appealing
+ Measure the success of posts across all social media channels
+ Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
+ Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement.
+ Coordinate on marketing and design posts.
+ Measure web traffic to content.
+ Update our website as needed.
+ Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
+ Minimum of a bachelor?s degree in Marketing, or related field.
+ Proven work experience as a content creator, copywriter, social media manager, or similar role.
+ Must have strong graphic design skills.
+ Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
+ Excellent writing and editing skills.
+ Graphic design experience required.
+ The ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
+ Proven resilience in high-stress situations.
+ Familiarity with SEO
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Effective presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar software.
+ Proficiency using Adobe Suite.
