GET TO KNOW BEYOND HELLO We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.S.-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical-grade cannabis formulations in the United States, offering patients and customers premium cannabis and related products. THE OPPORTUNITY Jushi is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to contribute to the success of our organization by developing and executing strategic market plans for new and existing markets. In this position, you will be a member of the Real Estate and Risk team. This role will assist in preparing and presenting presentations, and provide financial analysis in support of the acquisition, marketing, and leasing of properties. + Collaborates with VP of Real Estate and the Executive Team to determine target Retail Dispensary and Cultivation/Manufacturing/Production Facility locations and openings. + Work with Design, Construction, and Retail Operations to determine Dispensary Opening dates. + Assist in managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties. + Prepare and present presentations and reports to executives and community partners. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project deadlines, administer, and amend leases, and manage other real estate activity. + Prepare regular reports and updates on the status of all development activities. + Manage deliverables and communication between team members, consultants, and attorneys to ensure timely openings for new stores, expansions, or build-outs. + Represent Jushi to local governmental entities and the public, including facilitating community meetings and public hearings. + Evaluate information within existing markets to qualify and refine success criteria (demographics, drive time radius, population, etc.). + Identify opportunity markets within expansion consideration states and review future expirations and option periods for existing markets. + Scrutinize State and local regulations and zoning codes to determine jurisdictional requirements. + Responsible for analyzing and creating reports on the local real estate markets and regional economies. + Positively represent the organization by building relationships to acquire market insights from internal and external sources, such as lenders, appraisers, brokers, and research professionals. + Handle heavy day-to-day data entry duties. + Cultivate strong relationships with landlords and leasing agents. + Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE + Minimum of a bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience. + 3+ years of progressive commercial real estate experience, preferably in high-volume. retail and manufacturing/production facility site selection. + Ready, willing, and able to travel around 50% of the time. + Knowledge of real estate acquisition and lease process, real estate, and contract law (negotiating complex lease provisions), retail real estate markets, real estate valuation, development entitlement processes, and best practices of real estate project management. + Strong project management, negotiation, and financial analysis skills. + Proven resilience in high-stress situations. + Effective, efficient, and growth mindset. + Excellent negotiation skills. + Effective presentation skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar software.
