Play a key role in managing, crafting and executing digital marketing work streams for a Fortune 200 Company with some of the most iconic brands! Have a Bachelor’s Degree with three years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or an advertising agency? If so, we want to speak with you! We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist Digital Marketing to join our Digital & Marketing Services team in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements. What you'll be doing: • Responsible for formulating the enterprise customer care insights across Altria Core and Innovative tobacco products. Key contributor in executing the enterprise care strategy as set by the Marketing Services Director. Displays a strong expertise in all care channels including, phone, chat and email and seen as a SME in the 1:1 consumer care space. Uses critical thinking and analytical skills to solve problems autonomously. • Engage and collaborate with our Brand teams on care program recommendations, develop insights and identify synergies across multiple consumer programs. • Coordinate with multiple 3rd parties to develop outstanding consumer experiences, tracking and reporting for the Care channel. • Lead the enterprise care channel maintenance, including recommendations for channel improvements across Op-Cos. Channels include: Phone / Chat / Chat Bot / Email / Phone. • Manage off-brand plan care initiatives including Agent Empowerment program, Offline Support strategy, Print on Demand etc. • Own the recommendation and execution of enterprise care efficiencies across brands (i.e.- recommending a new agent model, modified hours of operations to improve utilization etc.). • Responsible for invoice review and approval of strategic care supplier(s) on a monthly basis. • Lead the onboarding of new brands into the care ecosystem, responsible for outlining business requirements, cost, care systems and resource infrastructure, training and implementation. We want you to have: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field. • 3+ years of relevant professional experience - Campaign Execution, Customer Care, digital marketing and Project Management is preferred. • Prior experience in project planning with a focus on leading multiple workstreams and presenting outcomes to partners. • Strong critical thinking and Consumer Centric approach are essential to success. • Ability to negotiate, influence and communicate complex strategies and information to senior leadership. • Strong analytical skills and business aptitude. • Demonstrates Technical Acumen across the digital marketing and care landscape with a passion for learning.
