Territory Sales Manager

Our client a cannabis cultivator and wholesaler is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Bay City Michigan.

The Territory Sales Manager will call on customers and potential customers within the Flint and Bay area. The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The Territory Sales Manager will keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish new sales model, territories, accounts and service existing relationships, manage promotional activities and events, educate buyers within the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients through consistent and frequent communication
• Continue to improve sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis
• Report on individual and territorial sales results for both product sales (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Continue to improve sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis
• Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
• Manage and oversee our top accounts
• Generate potential leads for future sales
• Set and exceed quotas
• Track and report sales in organized manner
• Communicate effectively with other members of team

Education & Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2- 5 years of sales experience
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
• Ability to travel in order to do business

Compensation: $50,000 – 65,000 plus commission, benefits, 3 weeks PTO, 401K
