Title: Nursery Manager

Job Description
One of our clients - a cannabis operator based in NorCal - is currently seeking a new Nursery Manager! The Nursery Manager will build out the nursery operations within a large multi-zone setting (on target to produce over 1 million clones in 2021); will fully oversee the premises, greenhouse, and nursery. In essence, the company is looking for somebody who is very knowledgeable on how to grow healthy plants at scale. Additionally, this person needs to know how to implement processes, systems and SOPs, as well as how to actively manage & lead a team (will work closely with a clone-tech plus 10-15 team members).
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years experience in an operations leadership role
- Strong people management skills required
- Experience developing and implementing SOPs
- Experience working with METRC highly preferred
- Experience with Excel/Spreadsheets/Forecasting Preferred
