We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.S.-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical grade cannabis formulations in the United States offering patients and customers premium, high-grade cannabis and related products.
A candidate for the position of brand ambassador should be an enthusiastic, outgoing individual with strong social media platform that takes initiative. The ambassador will be integrated into a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting the dispensary by endorsing the brand being represented. He or she must have an understanding of social media and how to boost brand awareness.
The candidate will need a reliable transportation for carrying materials to and from events, and thus should have his own form of transportation, as well as be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The candidate is an influencer in their communities, and should plan to use already proven networks and relationships to market the brand via word-of-mouth marketing tactics (i.e. referring friends, posting about the brand online, etc.).
In addition to, a brand ambassador will also represent all of Jushi?s brand entities at specific events such as; trade shows, local dispensaries, budtender training, conventions, and local events where they may perform product demonstrations or give away sample products.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings
+ Assisting in content creation (ie. newsletters, product reviews, news stories, publishing a blog, social media posting etc.)
+ Participating in marketing events
+ Being a sound opinion leader in his/her community
+ Providing feedback and insight on new products/services
+ Promoting the brand via his/her personal social media accounts
+ Push the brand mission and educate consumers about the brand. Generate leads and schedule pop-up events. Drive sales at local events and retail locations.
+ Understand and have the full knowledge of the brand and its products. Be aware of competitors
+ Network with consumers to gain more following for the brand
+ Aid the marketing team by reporting back with customer feedback and assisting in marketing events or sales.
+ Develop and implement promotional plans
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
+ Must have a high school diploma
+ Preferred associate or bachelors degree in communication/marketing or related field
+ 2-4 years of professional related work experience
+ Friendly, outgoing personality with a flair for social media
+ The ability to gather feedback and provide innovative insight
+ Strong communication skills and professional demeanor under pressure
+ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
+ Frequently sitting
+ Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/ use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 50 pounds
+ Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
