Job Description

CannabizTEMP is seeking an experienced Office Manager to assist in managing our clients day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position.

The ideal candidate for the office manager position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help on month-end closing, reconciliation, financial reports, deferred revenue, journal entries, and bookkeeping
  • Ensure revenue recognition is accurate
  • Process the day-to-day AP/AR (invoicing, billing)
  • Assist on HR/office administrative projects
  • Other miscellaneous tasks assigned


  • Expert computer skills including Microsoft applications and at least one accounting program
  • Proficiency in mathematics, accounting practices and bookkeeping
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Cannabis experience plus
  • Quickbooks experience
  • Intermediate excel skill
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation: $22/hr.
