Job Description

Our client, a fully integrated Cannabis Company, is looking for a Director, Human Resources to be  responsible for supervising on site benefits, leaves, talent strategy, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee relations.  

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Execute on Human Resources and Talent strategy
  • Oversee Business Partners on location and remote
  • Spearhead process improvement plans and implement those plans
  • Audit benefit plans and payroll information
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations
  • Keeps Human Resource records
  • Corporate training on interviews, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment
  • Advises management in resolution of employee relations
  • Develop and maintain Employee Satisfaction Survey
  • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline
  • 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in a Manufacturing/CPG setting
  • Strong understanding of OSHA and Manufacturing compliance regulations
  • Start up and manual operation experience with the ability to automate
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR highly preferred

COMPENSATION: $100,000
