Job Description

CannabizTEMP is seeking a Packager/ Grammer for a client of ours with a facility located in Idaho Springs, CO.

This individual will be responsible for entry-level gramming, packaging, and labeling of all company products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. Experience in food manufacturing or assembly line work is helpful but not necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Under close or general supervision of the Team Manager and/or Team Leaders, gram the product and ensure finished products meet final quality standards.
  • Work is of a repetitive nature (folding boxes, stickering product, gramming, quality checks, etc.) and involves constant use of fine motor skills.
  • Ensure continuous flow of production.
  • Perform visual inspection for any defects and rework or discard defective products based on procedures.
  • Perform any other tasks and duties that maybe assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Attention to detail & reliability
  • Must have a valid Colorado MED badge
  • Efficiency - stay focused and on schedule in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 30+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to read and interpret written & oral instructions
  • Ability to show up to work with a positive attitude every day
  • Prior Manufacturing/Assembly/Packaging experience a plus
  • Prior Cannabis Industry experience a plus

Compensation: $15/hour
