Job Description

Our client, a vertically integrated Cannabis company, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all retail operations of their Cannabis retail store near Constantine, Michigan.  

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to creating a premier customer experience, ensuring operational standards and maximizing profitability. You will be reporting directly to the COO and overseeing all retail staff. 


  • Ensure all shop activities are compliant 
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating SOP’s and policies as needed 
  • Manage and supervise all daily activities of the shop 
  • Oversee inventory control functions 
  • Responsible for employee hiring, onboarding and training 
  • Reconciliation and management of track and trace software 
  • Ensure POS functionality and accuracy of inputted product information 
  • Oversee all vendor relations 
  • Manage call cash management procedures 
  • Provide regular sales reviews and provide ideas for improvement 
  • Ensures the website and live menus are up to date and maintained to the brand standard. 
  • Ensure all technology in the store is functioning as expected 


  • High School diplomat or GED required 
  • Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred 
  • 2 + years experience in Commercial Cannabis retail preferred 
  • Strong management skills with ability to work independently under little supervision 
  • Tech saavy with experience using Microsoft Office and Gsuite software applications 
  • Ability to multi task and be a quick decision-maker 
  • Experience with Seed to Sale tracking software 
  • Experience using LeafLogix
