The Propagation Team Member is responsible for performing all day-to-day cultivation tasks and maintenance activities in the propagation rooms.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Monitor and maintains the optimal climate and effectively manages the seed inventory, plant seeds, and propagates seedlings into mothers
  • Maintains the mothering plants and crop work through watering, fertilizing and leaf pruning
  • Responsible for the turnover of mothering plants including all aspects of seeding, propagation, plant destruction and preparing plants for the vegetative compartment
  • Water clones on a daily basis, monitor's clone domes and ensures proper saturation of clones.
  • Operates according to propagation schedule.
  • Achieves optimal clone rooting success. 
  • Coordinates cuttings taken from the mothering plants and pots clones
  • Responsible for the production and delivery of vegetative cuttings

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • Age 21 or over (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
  • Minimum of 6 months commercial propagation, agricultural or cultivation experience, (medical cannabis a plus)

 

Preferred

  • Ability to focus and be task oriented; complete tasks with minimal oversight
  • Can take direction well; great communication skills
  • Must be proficient with measurements at all times
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member
  • Ability to stay organized and have extreme attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires the ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods of time during shift
  • Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. assisted.
