As a Retail Specialist Delivery
Driver, you play an essential role in our customer service experience, build
relationships, and maintain Skymint’s brand beyond the store. You
will establish relationships with customers while informing them about our
products or delivering their purchases in a fast, safe, and professional
manner. When not making deliveries, you will engage customers in the
store, select and package on-line orders, support inventory processes, or help
maintain all floor merchandise standards. You will report to the store
management team.
 

Vehicle is provided.  

You will:  

· Provide
customer service and establishing a relationship with customers
 

· Adhere
to all traffic and safety laws (operate vehicle in a safe manner, and able to
drive during all inclement weather conditions)
 

· Maintain
road safety and vehicle cleanliness standards – comply with all company
policies and guidelines
 

· Verify
ID at time of delivery to ensure the company or state standard compliance
 

· Load,
tag, and deliver merchandise to customers ordering online
 

· Participate
in training to learn how you can provide customers with recommendations and
connect them to the right products
 

· Select
and package products ordered on-line, and support in-store or curbside pickup
processes.

Required Skills

 · Must be 21 years or
older and pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
 

· 1-year professional
driving experience preferred; have and maintain a clean motor vehicle
record (MVR), including5 years without any major traffic violations, 3 years
without a minor traffic violation. 10 years without DUI violation.
(Maintain personal auto insurance liability standards)
 

· Must have a valid
drivers license
 

· Ability to communicate
professionally in person to effectively explain all variations of cannabis
products to guests, if necessary
 

· Basic math skills with
the ability to handle cash transactions
 

· Must be able to sit and
drive for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
 

· PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must
be able to lift, carry and balance up to 20 lbs AND must be able to do so with
extreme care and caution when working with product.
 

· Able to work a flexible
schedule as business requires
 

· Experience using
technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to
complete daily responsibilities
 

· 1-year delivery, retail
sales associate or inventory specialist experience is preferred
 

· Strong interpersonal
skills with a positive and engaging attitude
 

· Value collaboration and
acting as a team player
 

· Demonstrated initiative
and independent judgment
 

· Follow instructions as
directed and incorporate performance feedback from managers
  

Desired Skills

  • Professional knowledge and working experience of cannabis products from a regulated retail or medical distribution center 
  • Computer skills working within a POS system as well as cash register and payment processing
