Cann is looking for a Growth Marketer to grow our Direct-to-Consumer channel within California. We’re looking for a hungry and curious digital marketing guru who is a balanced blend of creative and data-driven, and is excited about the opportunity and challenge of being the first cannabis brand to build out a true DTC line of business.

What you’ll do:

  • Quickly test and optimize a broad array of digital marketing channels for top-of-funnel customer acquisition from programmatic advertising to affiliate marketing and everything in between

  • Develop and manage a holistic digital marketing strategy for the full lifecycle of our consumer from acquisition to retention and loyalty

  • Leverage analytics, quantitative and qualitative customer insights to test, optimize, and drive measurable improvements in AOV, LTV, customer engagement, retention, win-back rates

  • Gather qualitative and quantitative insights about our customers, using it to further optimize our DTC platform

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of growth marketing experience at fast growing direct-to-consumer company or growth marketing agency

  • Ability to quickly identify, develop and test innovative ways to acquire customers at scale in a highly regulated industry. Is motivated to find the “yes” in a sea of “nos” and “not legal.”

  • Highly curious, and ability to quickly pick up new skills

  • Strong strategic, analytical thinker with an ability to dispel information into actionable plans and creative solutions

  • Can independently drive multiple work streams and provide data-based insights
